Purchased a Dell Tower as it had a specific graphic card in it. Turned up with a different card so queried it. Phil sorted it and actually sent a slightly better card and also included two HDD caddies and refused payment. Tremendous service above and beyond anything i expected. Will definitely look to use them again for hardware.
